Scientific Reviews of the Azerbaijan State University of Economics is a peer-reviewed, multidisciplinary academic journal published quarterly by the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). The journal has been included in the Register of Printed Publications by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan since November 16, 2012, following an official application submitted on October 12, 2012.
It is officially recognized by the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan as a legitimate platform for publishing the core findings of doctoral dissertations and habilitation theses.
Peer Review and Publishing Principles
To meet international publishing standards, Scientific Reviews uses a double-blind peer review system. Each submission is independently assessed by two subject-matter experts. Acceptance is based on positive reviews and successful verification through the StrikePlagiarism anti-plagiarism system.
All review processes are formally documented using internationally standardized evaluation forms.
Languages and Publication Frequency
Since 2013, the journal has accepted manuscripts in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian, broadening its appeal to a diverse academic audience. It is published four times a year (quarterly).
