Submission quidelines
1. Articles are accepted in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian languages.
2. Text editor formatting requirements: A4 paper size; line spacing – 1.5; font – Times New Roman; font size – 14; justified alignment; margins: left – 30 mm, right – 15 mm, top – 25 mm, bottom – 20 mm; paragraph indentation – 10 mm.
3. Article metadata must include: 1. Full title of the article; 2. Author’s full name (initials and surname; for multiple authors – separated by commas); 3. Academic title, academic degree, position; 4. Place of employment: department, faculty, name of university; 5. E-mail address; 6. Mobile phone number of the corresponding author.
4. The article should be no less than 10 and no more than 20 pages long, including: Abstract, Keywords (no more than 5 words, separated by semicolons), JEL codes, Introduction, main part (Materials and Methods, Literature Review, Results), Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
5. The abstract must be written in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. The optimal length is 150 words (not more than 250 words). The abstract should contain information about the research objective, methodology, results, practical significance, and scientific novelty. It must reflect the content of the article, be self-contained, understandable, and most importantly, engaging.
6. All visual objects must be submitted in editable formats (to allow translation); objects in *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png, *.bmp formats are not accepted. All image files must be numbered (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc.). Captions (for graphs, diagrams, schemes) should be provided at the end of the article (e.g.: Figure 1. Title of the figure). All visual elements (including graphs and diagrams) must be equally informative in both color and black-and-white formats.
7. Tables must be placed within the main body of the article. Each table must have a number and a title above it (e.g.: Table 3. Title of the table).
8. The conclusion should clearly outline the practical significance, economic efficiency of the study, and prospects for future research, in accordance with the scientific field of the article.
9. References to scientific sources must be cited in parentheses, including the author’s surname, year of publication, and specific page if necessary: As noted by Lotfi-Zadeh (Lotfi-Zadeh, 2016)... For two authors, both surnames must be indicated; for more than two authors – use the first author’s surname followed by "et al."
10. References must be listed in alphabetical order. The list should include at least 10 sources, with a preference for scientific articles, monographs, etc., from the past 3–5 years. Priority is given to publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science. Each journal article reference must include: author’s surname and name, year of publication, title of the article, name of the journal, volume/issue/number, and page numbers. For electronic sources, a link and access date must be provided. Legal and regulatory documents should be listed first.
11. Articles must be original and not previously submitted to other national or international journals.
12. Articles are recommended and submitted for publication by the editor or one of the editorial board members after double-blind peer review and plagiarism check.
13. Acceptance or rejection of the article is announced after review by the editorial board.
