SYSTEMATIC APPROACH TO EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT METHODS IN MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article analyzes the concept of a systematic approach to effective time management methods in management from both theoretical and practical perspectives. In modern organizations, the rapid transformation of the competitive environment, the expansion of digitalization processes, and the increasing flow of information have made the efficient management of time resources one of the key directions of strategic management. The study examines the economic and organizational essence of time management and systematically evaluates the role of planning, prioritization, delegation, control, and digital management tools in the management process.The article comparatively analyzes classical and modern time management models, including the Eisenhower Matrix, the Pareto Principle, the SMART goals system, and the PDCA cycle. At the same time, the main factors causing time losses in organizations communication problems, ineffective planning, delays in decision-making, and improper organization of the division of labor are identified.During the research, comparative analysis, a systematic approach, observation, and analytical evaluation methods were employed. The results indicate that effective time management significantly contributes to increasing labor productivity, accelerating decision-making processes, optimizing the use of resources, and strengthening the competitiveness of organizations. The article also substantiates the prospective opportunities of digital technologies and artificial intelligence-based management systems in optimizing time management.Based on the conducted analyses, strategic and practical recommendations were proposed for improving time management in organizations. The findings of the article are of practical importance in terms of expanding scientific research in the field of management and implementing effective management mechanisms in enterprises.
