Announcement: Call for Papers – Current Problems in Design Journal, May 2026, Vol. 2, No. 1

Current Problems in Design   journal announces a call for paper submissions for its forthcoming issue, Volume 2, Number 1, to be published in May 2026. The journal is a peer-reviewed academic publication that aims to disseminate research, theoretical approaches, and practical applications in the field of design.
The main objective of the journal is to analyze contemporary design challenges, encourage innovative approaches, and contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the field of design.
Submissions are invited in the following areas, including but not limited to:

• Graphic design and visual communication

• Industrial and product design

• Interior and spatial design

• Design education and pedagogy

• Digital design, UX/UI, and new media

• Social, cultural, and economic aspects of design

• Sustainable and ecological design

Empirical studies, innovative design solutions, and scientifically grounded analyses of contemporary challenges are particularly encouraged.
