The article examines the artistic design and decoration of fabrics in Karabakh clothing. Archaeological excavations conducted in Azerbaijan have uncovered material artifacts such as bronze awls and needles dating back to ancient times, which indicate that the art of embroidery in Azerbaijan has deep historical roots. Azerbaijani national clothing has undergone a complex developmental process. The traditional attire of each nation reflects its material and spiritual values and embodies its culture. National costume samples, with their distinctive elements, styles, and the fabrics used in their creation, are considered powerful means of expressing a nation’s history, culture, customs, traditions, and worldview.
