The Azerbaijani people have a rich, centuries-old history that reflects numerous heroic chapters. Due to its natural and geographical conditions, the territory of Caucasian Albania is one of the most favorable regions on Earth. Situated in a temperate climate, this land was one of the centers of civilization. Throughout its historical development, the Azerbaijani people created a unique and advanced material and spiritual culture, making a significant contribution to the treasury of world culture. Architecture, in particular, reflects not only talent and emotion but also stands as one of the areas where the Azerbaijani people achieved the highest artistic perfection. Numerous architectural monuments convincingly demonstrate that the territory of Caucasian Albania was one of the centers of the most ancient civilizations.
