Submission and formatting guidelines

- Articles are accepted in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
- Text formatting requirements: A4 page format; line spacing – 1.15; font – Times New Roman; main font size – 12 pt; justified alignment; margins: left – 33 mm, right – 35 mm, top – 22 mm, bottom – 625 mm.
- The article must include the following information: Full title of the article; Author’s surname and initials (multiple authors separated by commas); Academic degree, academic title, position; Affiliation: department, faculty, name of the university; E-mail address; Mobile phone number of the corresponding author.
- The article length must be not less than 10 pages and not more than 20 pages and must include the following sections: Abstract, Keywords (no more than 5, separated by semicolons), JEL codes, Introduction, Main Body (Literature Review, Materials and Methods, Calculations), Discussion, Conclusion, References.
- The abstract must be provided in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian. The optimal length is 150 words (not exceeding 200 words). The abstract should clearly reflect the purpose of the study, methodology, results, practical relevance, and scientific novelty. Its content must correspond to the content of the article, be meaningful, understandable, and, most importantly, engaging. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of translations. The Editorial Board reserves the right to review translation quality and make linguistic and stylistic corrections when necessary.
- All visual materials must be provided in an editable format (required for translation purposes); formats such as *.jpeg, *.gif, *.png, and *.bmp are not accepted. All visual materials must be numbered (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.). Any figures (including graphs and charts) must be equally informative in both color and black-and-white versions.
- Tables must be placed directly within the text of the article. The table number and title should be indicated above the table (for example: Table 3. Title of the Table).
- The conclusion must clearly state the practical significance of the work, economic efficiency, prospects for future research, and other aspects relevant to the specific scientific field of the article.
- In-text citations should be provided in parentheses indicating the author’s surname, year of publication, and specific page number (if necessary): as noted by Lotfi-Zadeh (2016)…; if there are two authors, both surnames should be indicated; if more than two authors, the surname of the first author followed by “et al.” should be used.
- The references must be arranged in alphabetical order (APA style). It must contain at least 10 sources. Preference should be given to scientific articles, monographs, and other recent publications from the last 3–5 years. The use of publications indexed in Scopus and Web of Science databases is recommended. The reference list must be provided in English or in Latin transliteration. Sources originally published in Cyrillic or other non-Latin alphabets must be transliterated. Each reference entry must include the following elements: author’s surname and name, year of publication, article title, journal title, volume and issue number, page range, DOI link (https://doi.org/…). For electronic sources, the URL and access date must be indicated. Regulatory and normative documents should be listed first.
- Articles must be original and must not have been previously submitted to other national or international journals.
- Articles undergo a double-blind peer review process and plagiarism screening. The final decision on publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief, the Deputy Editor, and members of the Editorial Board.
