This article attempts to examine the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on management structures and organizational decision-making processes. The main objective of the study is to assess the potential of AI technologies in management and the transformation they create on organizational structures. A methodological approach based on literature review and comparative analysis was employed.
The findings indicate that artificial intelligence enables faster and more data-driven management decisions, optimizes resource allocation, and reduces uncertainties caused by the human factor. At the same time, legal and ethical constraints, as well as managing organizational changes, remain major challenges for the widespread implementation of these technologies. The relevance of the study lies in analyzing artificial intelligence within the management context. The results can be significant at both theoretical and practical levels for the restructuring of management systems.
