SOCIAL INSURANCE AND UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE

Abstract

This article comprehensively addresses unemployment and social insurance in Azerbaijan. The main aim of the study is to examine and analyze the structural features, functioning, and effectiveness of Azerbaijan’s unemployment and social insurance systems. The research methodology consists of examining Azerbaijan’s social security policies and conducting a literature review. The main findings emphasize the importance of unemployment and social insurance, assess the current situation in Azerbaijan, and provide policy recommendations. Data limitations and methodological challenges posed constraints. The article’s significance lies in its focus on Azerbaijan’s social security system and its potential to assist policymakers in making informed decisions.
