This study analysed the interaction between fashion, environmental thinking and environmental factors in the development of contemporary clothing design. As a result of globalisation and increased industrialisation, the fashion industry's impact on the environment has intensified, leading to the emergence of the concept of environmental responsibility in design. Contemporary designers favour principles such as sustainability, recycling, and the use of natural and environmentally friendly materials in clothing production.
Eco-friendly fashion combines not only aesthetic values but also principles of social and environmental responsibility. This approach involves the introduction of innovative technologies in clothing design, changes in consumer behaviour, and the formation of new creative trends aimed at preserving the ecosystem.
