This article offers a multidisciplinary analysis of contemporary approaches to entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education within the broader context of sustainable development, identity formation, and institutional transformation. Drawing on recent international research, it examines the integration of inclusive, value-driven, and transdisciplinary competencies into entrepreneurial learning environments. Particular emphasis is placed on the role of Inner Development Goals (IDGs), entrepreneurial role models, family business teams, and academic entrepreneurship as key drivers of socio-economic transformation. The study underscores the limitations of traditional entrepreneurship education, which often overlooks personal and ethical dimensions, and advocates for a more holistic framework that combines practical training with emotional intelligence and social responsibility. The findings suggest that entrepreneurship should not be understood solely as an economic activity but rather as a socially embedded phenomenon shaped by cultural, institutional, and educational contexts. The article provides recommendations for educators, policymakers, and practitioners to strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems through innovative pedagogical strategies, risk management models, and institutional reforms. By doing so, the research contributes to the theoretical conceptualization of entrepreneurship as a multidimensional construct and offers practical insights into fostering adaptive, ethical, and resilient entrepreneurial identities capable of addressing global challenges and promoting inclusive development.
