Abstract

In recent times, rapidly emerging technologies, increased competition, stressful work environments, and the obsolescence of traditional work conditions have forced all organizations seeking to remain competitive to adapt to these changes. Modern-day transformations have led to risks in human resource management, including unsuccessful recruitment, the loss of valuable and irreplaceable employees, internal organizational conflicts, high employee turnover, and breaches of employees’ personal data confidentiality.

Employee turnover rates in organizations are closely related to both human resources and organizational behavior practices. Since high turnover is costly for organizations, regularly measuring and monitoring employee turnover is critically important. The main reasons for employees leaving an organization include lack of career development opportunities, insufficient employee engagement, weak company culture, disagreements with colleagues or management, unclear business objectives or directions, and other similar factors.

In studying this topic, methods such as induction, observation, comparison, surveys, and SPSS analysis were used to produce this scientific article. The purpose of the article is to identify the negative situations faced by employers and employees during periods of change, analyze mistakes made during recruitment and cases of mass resignations as personnel risks, examine their causes, and propose solutions.
