In a global market characterized by intense competition and rapidly advancing technology, many enterprises go bankrupt due to the improper management of their personnel. For this reason, organizations strive to enhance their competitiveness through the implementation of innovations. The aim of the article is to conduct a scientific and theoretical analysis of modern innovative technologies that ensure the development of an organization’s workforce, determine the effectiveness of innovation in personnel management, utilize innovative methods efficiently, improve them, enhance the development of firms, and achieve sustainable competitive advantage.
The article demonstrates that innovative technologies play a crucial role in the strategic formation of the workforce. It also addresses the fact that the process of developing, implementing, and proposing innovations in enterprises and organizations is perceived differently by researchers and individual managers. Despite numerous studies in this field, many theoretical and methodological aspects of managing an innovative workforce remain unexplored. Therefore, it is essential to examine the formation of HR’s innovative potential and the mechanisms for its development within organizations.
