After the first encounter with computers, the world entered a new era called the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Information technologies rapidly became a part of our lives and have played an important role in subsequent development plans. It is very difficult for organizations that do not participate in today’s digital transformation process to survive. Digital transformation means centralization on developing digital platforms: paper documents are converted into digital files and stored on a digital platform. The increased use of technology and the sudden expansion of remote work due to the COVID-19 pandemic highlight the importance of digital transformation in managing an organization’s human resources.
However, this digital transition is not always easy for some companies that lag behind in this strategic transformation. The aim of the article is to examine digital innovations in the recruitment process, their potential applications, and the impact of digital technologies on the process. The article reflects the opportunities created by digital transformation for the organization’s operations, including the recruitment process. At the same time, the problems faced by candidates and recruitment specialists in the hiring process are investigated, and possible solutions are analyzed.
