Abstract

In a dynamically changing environment with high competition, companies require not only agility but also stability and resilience. One of the key factors determining the stable strategic development of an organization is employee loyalty. This article analyzes both the theoretical foundations, types, and formation factors of "loyalty" and the results of an empirical study conducted among the employees of an agency operating in the transport sector through surveys and questionnaires. The survey revealed a direct correlation between employees’ loyalty and their involvement and participation in strategic processes within the organization.

The study also examines systems for assessing and enhancing employee loyalty in various organizations and explores the features of loyalty development programs. These include theoretical and methodological approaches to determining employee commitment, as well as a review of organizational attachment methods and development trends within enterprises.

The research employed process-oriented approaches, scientific generalization, analysis, and survey methods. The informational basis of the article consisted of management and socio-psychological theories of employee loyalty, as well as scientific concepts on corporate behavior. Additionally, various articles, studies, and analyses available online were reviewed. The study’s scientific novelty lies in identifying certain inconsistencies through surveys and database analysis conducted in a government agency and proposing ways to improve them. The research outcomes highlight specific issues, emphasizing the scientific and practical significance of the study. Furthermore, tools and strategies for enhancing employee loyalty and preventing staff turnover are suggested.
